The foundation’s board is committed to supporting the school in the broadest sense of the word. This support includes advising the school management, recruiting and appointing the general manager, and raising funds for matters that the school cannot financially afford itself.
The members of the board are:

Accountability is provided in the annual report, which can be found on another page of this website. In accordance with Article 3.5 of the articles of association, the board members do not receive any remuneration for their work. They are entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. The foundation has no employees.
The foundation’s policy is aimed at achieving its objective by providing education at local cost, raising funds and establishing/managing private institutions, whose main objective is to provide good quality education.
The foundation has no profit motive. The revenues generated are entirely for the benefit of the objective. Any positive balance of the dissolved foundation must be spent in accordance with the purpose of the foundation or must be distributed to a public benefit institution.
